I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quite outdated and cold, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in, but the service was phenomenal. The location was ideal, especially for events at the BJCC, and the dining options were limited and overpriced.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect for my needs and the staff were incredibly patient and friendly. Unfortunately, the rooms were outdated and not as clean as I had hoped. The dining options fell short of my expectations, but the facilities were decent.
